Frank M. Lubrano, CEO - Frank was the CEO and led the launch and  rapid growth of two technology based start-up companies.   Frank began his career as a CPA with the former Price Waterhouse & CO and later served in a senior business planning and financial analysis role for the Industrial Products Group of what is now Rockwell Automation.

Alexander M. Raykhman, Ph.D., CTO - Dr. Raykhman is a systems scientist specializing in management of R & D projects. For twenty-nine years, Dr. Raykhman has been applying his expertise in adaptive control and artificial intelligence to the development of complex measuring and diagnostic systems and their components. His research covers non-linear dynamic systems analysis, industrial heavy-duty equipment mathematical simulation, theory of automatic troubleshooting and failure forecasting, and algorithms for noise suppression in measuring and control systems.

Dr. Raykhman is proficient in heavy-duty machine design and automation and has expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic applications, measuring systems, and statistics.


Advisors

Ultimo has and intends to utilize several highly skilled experts in chemical engineering, process control and device design and engineering. The individuals described below form part of our initial advisory team.

Val Kashin, Ph.D. is an expert in forces and strength calculations and is responsible for our product engineering and design.   

Eugene Naidis converts our processing algorithms into real time programming. Eugene holds masters degree in mechanical engineering with advanced studies in computer engineering and has been the lead engineer on several real time programming projects.

Oleg Matveev, Ph.D. is a senior scientist at the University of Florida- Gainesville and a nuclear physicist with over 30- years’ experience in radiometric measurement.

Eugene Park, Ph.D. is an Adjunct Professor of Chemical Engineering at URI. He holds undergraduate and master's degrees from Dartmouth College, and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Rhode Island in Chemical Engineering. Dr Park advises Ultimo Measurement in testing protocols and other matters.
